The Delhi Red Fort blast is no longer just a car explosion—it is the uncovering of India’s most advanced Hamas-style terror plot, led by suicide bomber Dr Umar-un-Nabi.
The NIA has now exposed a full-fledged white-collar terror module operating across Kashmir, Delhi, Faridabad, and even overseas, using drones, rockets, fake passports, and radical recruitment videos.
Umar’s Chilling Video: “Suicide Bombing Is Misunderstood”
Investigators have recovered a disturbing video of Umar glorifying suicide bombing and calling it a “martyrdom operation.”
- “Just press a small button… all your problems end,” he says.
- He frames suicide attacks as “positive” and “religious duty.”
- This video was used to indoctrinate Kashmir youth into becoming fidayeen attackers.
This single clip is now the biggest window into the radical mindset behind the Delhi blast.
The Recruit Who Refused: Suicide Is Haram, But Killing Others Is Not
Jasir Bilal Wani, a 20-year-old BSc student, was Umar’s first choice as the suicide bomber.
He backed out citing two reasons:
- Suicide is forbidden in Islam,
- His family was too poor, and his death would ruin them.
But he still:
- Modified drones
- Attempted to fabricate rockets
- Supported planning mass-casualty attacks
This exposes the twisted ideology: “I can’t kill myself… but killing hundreds of innocents is fine.”
Hamas-Style Drone & Rocket Attacks Planned for Delhi
The NIA has confirmed that Umar’s module was preparing a Gaza-style coordinated terror strike.
Their plan:
- Buy commercial drones
- Load them with 100–300 gm RDX/TATP
- Turn them into kamikaze drones
- Attack crowded markets, public rallies, schools
- Simultaneously detonate 32 ammonium nitrate car bombs
- Launch home-made rockets similar to Hamas rockets from Gaza
This would have been India’s first multi-city drone-rocket suicide attack.
The Red Fort blast was not the main attack—just a premature detonation.
The Self-immolation Twist: Terrorist’s Father Burns Himself Alive
In a shocking turn, Bilal’s father Bilal Ahmed Wani set himself on fire after being denied a meeting with his arrested son.
He later died in hospital.
This shows the extreme indoctrination inside the family:

This is the first TATP-linked shoe-bomb trail in a major Indian terror case.
Dr Shaheen & The Fake Passport Network
NIA has also uncovered a major identity-fraud module linked to Dr Shaheen Saeed, alleged leader of the Jaish-e-Mohammed women’s wing in India.
She allegedly:
- Holds three different passports
- Each with different addresses, guardians and identities
- Has travelled to Pakistan at least thrice
- Worked with Dr Parvez Ansari, also arrested
- Operated from Faridabad, Lucknow and Kanpur
This is emerging as a high-level terror facilitation network.
Pakistan & Bangladesh MBBS Graduates Under Scanner
After the exposure of this “white-collar terror module,” security agencies are re-checking:
- Kashmiri students who studied MBBS in Pakistan and Bangladesh
- Students sponsored by Hurriyat between 2001–2020
- Degrees funded through hawala networks
- Young doctors who may have returned radicalized
These graduates were handpicked to act as:
- Logisticians
- Fund handlers
- Recruiters
- Safehouse managers
The Delhi blast has now triggered a nationwide medical-degree terror audit.

The NIA investigation reveals a horrifying reality:
